We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Always notify us before sending the return, that should be done within 14 days of delivery.

The parcel has to be shipped to us within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and the items you want to return/exchange.

We require the tracking number to be sent after posting. We will have to track the parcel to be able to declare it to Lithuanian customs. Without receiving the tracking number, we will not be able to declare it and it may be shipped back to the sender.


We make a refund only after receiving the parcel and checking if it meets our return requirements. Unfortunately, we don't accept cancellations but please contact us if something is wrong with your order. The following items can’t be returned or exchanged: because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for personalized orders.


Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
