For Our Clients in the USA

From August 29th, a 15% U.S. import tariff applies to all Linen Handmade Studio parcels shipped from the EU.

To keep everything transparent:

• All U.S. orders are shipped on DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms.
• At checkout, you will see the product price, a separate line for DDP (import duties & taxes), and the shipping cost.
• Because duties and taxes are prepaid at checkout, your parcel will arrive with no additional fees requested by FedEx on delivery.

Production Time

Every piece is handmade in our atelier. Please allow 3–5 business days for crafting and preparing your order before shipping.

Shipping Method & Delivery Times

We ship with FedEx International Connect (tracked). Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• USA: ~3–6 business days (rural areas may take slightly longer)
• EU countries: ~2–4 business days
• Australia & Canada: ~4–7 business days
• Rest of the world: ~5–10 business days

We work hard to dispatch quickly, but please note that customs or seasonal carrier delays may occur.

Customs & Taxes

United States. Import duties and taxes (DDP) appear as a separate line at checkout. These amounts are prepaid to U.S. customs on your behalf, so there is nothing more to pay upon delivery.

European Union. All prices shown in our shop already include EU VAT according to regulations.

Other countries. Local customs duties or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These are not included in our product prices.

Customs processing times vary, and we cannot influence delays caused by customs — but we are always here if you need assistance.
