We truly hope you love your Linen Handmade Studio garments as much as we love creating them. However, if something doesn’t feel right, you’re welcome to return your item within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition — unworn (other than trying it on), unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and with all original tags attached. Returns showing signs of wear, washing, alterations or damage will unfortunately be rejected.

We are unable to accept returns for custom-made or personalized items, gift cards, or items marked as final sale.

Refundable Amount

The refundable amount applies to the price paid for the garment only. Shipping costs (both ways) are non-refundable for all orders. For U.S. clients, DDP/import taxes paid at checkout are also non-refundable, as these fees are processed directly by U.S. customs.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we will examine the item and notify you of your refund status by email. Refunds are issued to your original payment method; processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

We do not refund uncollected parcels or any loss/damage that occurs during return transit. Refunds are issued within 14 business days after the returned item has been received and reviewed.

How to Return

1. Submit your return request here.
2. You will receive an email with detailed return instructions.
3. Pack your item securely and include your order number.
4. Ship the parcel using a tracked delivery service. A tracking number is required for us to monitor your return. Please use the appropriate return address below.
